• Custom Orders:
  Due to the personalized nature of our cookies and the time and
  materials involved, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or order cancellations.
• Delivery Date Changes: If you need to change your original delivery date, we understand! However, as the cookies are good for 12 weeks
  after arrival, refunds are not applicable. In some cases (at our
  discretion), we may be able to offer store credit for a future
  purchase.To request a date change or store credit, please contact us in writing at least 28 days before your original delivery date. We will need to confirm approval in writing.
